The club ice hockey team, founded in 2014, participates in the College Hockey East (CHE) league and practices and plays home games at Erie Insurance Arena. The club gives students the opportunity to play competitive ice hockey while still developing as a student at Edinboro. The club philosophy was developed around the notion of bringing hockey back to the Edinboro community. As a club, we hope to provide students and faculty with a chance to become involved and actively participate in the sport of ice hockey. As a group, driven by a passion for the sport, we hope to increase the exposure of the Edinboro Community to ice hockey.
