Exercise all of your fitness options at Edinboro University's state-of-the-art fitness center, located in the Frank G. Pogue Student Center, and stay in shape year-round.
With brand name equipment like Life Fitness, Matrix, Nautilus and Cybex, you'll be sure to hit all your fitness goals. Not into cardio machines? Try out a fitness class at one of the two aerobic studios to get your heart pumping. If you enjoy running, you'll love getting in some laps on our elevated track, which spans 1/14 of a mile, with views of the lake. Edinboro University's Fitness Center has it all.
In addition, the Fitness Center has two gymnasiums, one with a wooden floor and one with a multipurpose floor, which allows for a variety of activities and provides generous space for open recreation. Groups and organizations may also reserve a gym.
The Fitness Center offers a variety of options to keep your workouts fun, including three racquetball courts. Both the men's and women's locker rooms are in close proximity and feature a steam room and sauna, as well as lockers, showers and toilet areas.
Fall and Spring Semesters:
Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Saturday - Sunday, noon - 8 p.m.
*Locker Rooms close 30 minutes after the Fitness Center
Summer Break:
(closed for cleaning the week between Commencement and First Summer Session)
Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Saturday - Sunday, CLOSED
*The Fitness Center will close for one week over Winter Break and Summer Break for
heavy cleaning and maintenance.
**Hours are subject to change based on event and holiday schedules.
The Fitness Center offers free memberships to current students. Faculty/staff and alumni can take advantage of the Fitness Center for a small fee.
