The Financial Aid Office provides access to education by minimizing financial barriers

It also plays a key informational role during emergency situations. In pursuit of equity and fairness, the Ombudsperson facilitates communication. The
university Ombudsperson is a confidential resource for all members of the campus community

to persist in building and preserving collaborative relationships within the campus

The Office also is responsible for overseeing the University’s compliance with federal and state laws pertaining to equal opportunity, nondiscrimination and affirmative action and, as such, investigates complaints of harassment and other forms of prohibited or unlawful discrimination. |
Student Accounts Office Hours of Operation:

The Student Accounts Office is responsible for maintenance of student accounts. The Office issues tuition billing statements via Edinboro’s eBill system and applies applicable charges, payments and financial aid disbursements, as well as refunds of excess funds, when available, to student accounts. |
